  I went to the Edwardsville store to purchase a ring for my wife to celebrate our 30th anniversary and picked out one and wanted it in gold instead of the one they had in stock which was silver. I was told by the sales person that it would take 10 days to 2 weeks to get it. It took 1 day short of 5 weeks to get it and I have never had some many different reasons for it not arriving in the length of time which I was promised. When I went to pick it up at the store I mentioned to them that I would not shop there again the gentleman told he did not care as he only wanted happy customers. I thought maybe he would apologize but instead just wrote me off. Hopefully they will change their attitude as I hate to see any business lose customers but if they are to act this way I believe they will. They have certainly lost me. Richard Wooward

  I just bought a Christmas present for my wife at Hudson Jewelers. John and Jane made the experience amazing.!!!! They were completely professional and fun I would highly recommend them for all your jewelry purchases

  Told my fiance and I that we were buying an engagement ring with an "ideal" cut diamond. Said we would get the appraisal within 2 days. 2 months later after I called we received the appraisal and the center stone was only a "fair" cut. Ring has sentimental meaning since my fiance proposed after purchase with it, but now when i look at the ring i get very angry that we were ripped off. Told we could bring the ring back, but would not replace the stone with what they said it was. HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE!!!! If your serious about quality, please shop somewhere else

  I went to Hudson Jewelers today and had a completely wonderful experience. The saleswoman's name was Lisa, and she went out of her way to help me to find the right ring for me, even after I explained to her that I was only browsing. After this experience, I will most definitely have my significant other come to this store to purchase my ring.
