- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Gave me the best rate for my auto loan, so that's pretty cool I guess. However, I'm already getting a sense like I'm dealing with a second-rate institution. There's no way to easily pay my auto loan online. I wanted to make my first payment via phone and set up a recurring payment, and they want a $10 fee to do that. The only fee-free options are to come into the branch or mail in a check. Seems pretty behind the times. Additionally, my call was randomly disconnected while giving account info to pay via phone, and nobody called me back (I had to talk to hold 15 mins to get a hold of someone in the middle of the day).By Charles O'Rourke, July 09, 2017
